Job Description

**Commercialization Manager II**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercialization Manager II to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our Commercialization department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end commercialization projects for retail and contract manufacturing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Bid Management:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
    • Manage complex bids and ensure timely and accurate preparation of bid documents.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Commercialization Project Management:
    • Lead commercialization projects from inception to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
    • Coordinate stage-gate routing and project approvals, and lead commercial projects within cross-functional teams.
    • Establish product launch requirements, milestones, deadlines, and action planning and execution.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet business objectives.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
    • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations based on lessons learned.
  • Education and Experience:
    • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
    • 4-6 years of experience in project management, sales, and/or marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing multi-department projects.
  • Required Skills:
    • Experience in industrial FMCG, food, high-volume commodity products segment, and/or CPG preferably private label combined with value brands production.
    • Expertise in project management and familiarity with project planning tools and collaboration software.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management.
