CNC Lathe Operator Job Description

Custom Marine is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered original equipment and aftermarket stainless steel exhaust headers, exhaust pipes, mufflers, and other marine and industrial components. We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team in our Neenah, WI facility.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Set-up and operate CNC Lathe
  • Familiar with Conversational programming at machine
  • Confirm quality requirements of machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gages
  • Sound knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding specifications and tolerances
  • Must completely inspect first-run part and follow Quality assurance procedures and processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
