Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a clinic setting. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse, adhering to established standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various lab procedures as necessary and in accordance with competency.
  • Provide basic patient care duties, including obtaining vital signs, weighing patients, and collecting specimens.
  • Assist with patient flow through the clinic, answering phone calls, and recording messages.
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
  • Clean equipment according to policy and maintain a sterile environment.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including locating patient charts, filing, and completing forms.
  • Attend required meetings and in-service training, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • CERT LVN License in the state of employment or compact.
  • BLS certification.
