Job Summary

The Computed Tomography (C.T.)/MRI Technologist is a critical role in our diagnostic imaging department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating specialized computerized x-ray equipment and magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate C.T. and MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Facilitate image storage in the PACS system according to approved procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Perform initial and ongoing annual competencies skills
  • Meet the requirements for Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the state and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
Requirements
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the state and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required or able to obtain within six (6) months of employment
  • Possession of a CPR certification required
  • One year of experience desirable
  • Ability to speak in English and Spanish highly desirable
