About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. as a Dialysis Care Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • IV certification (if required by state regulations)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body
  • BONENT or CHT certification (if required by state regulation)
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting
