Position Overview:
VOLT Management is seeking a dedicated SAP Management Consultant to engage in a fully remote role focused on Service Management and Business Functional Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the integration of SAP Service Management, focusing on Repair (Depot) Service Orders and Warranty Verification.
- Utilize Oracle Service Cloud to facilitate integration with SAP via APIs, acting as a liaison with business clients.
- Conduct requirement gathering and create functional specifications, including diagrams and flow charts.
- Address service requests and manage production ticket issues in collaboration with business partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the PO middleware and infrastructure teams.
- Participate in the upcoming S4 Hana Rollout.

Essential Qualifications:
- Strong configuration experience in SAP, particularly in the Service Management modules.
- Ability to write functional specifications for technical teams and perform Functional Unit Testing.
- Proven experience in SAP Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, including Service Orders and Warranty Claims.
- Familiarity with SAP integration across Finance, Controlling, Logistics, and Supply Chain modules.
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP experience with a focus on configuration within the Customer Service module.

Compensation:
The pay rate ranges from $80/hour to $95/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
