Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair issues with refrigeration and HVAC units
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electric work as needed
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in refrigeration and HVAC maintenance
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
