Aerotek Aviation Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team at Albany International Airport. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving aircraft parts and materials in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming parts and materials according to receiving procedures.
  • Stock serviceable parts in a timely manner and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Process un-serviceable, rotatable/repairable components for timely shipping or routing to vendors and in-house shops.
  • Prepare and package outgoing parts/components for shipment according to current departmental procedures and Federal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records on outbound shipments to vendors, other airlines, and Company facilities.
  • Perform pick-up and delivery of parts, equipment, tools, and supplies to various locations as directed.
  • Perform stock inventory on critical inventory items and other inventory checks as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of warehouse or Shipping & Receiving experience.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain an airport badge through onboarding.
  • Pass a drug screen.
  • High school Diploma or GED.
