Position Overview:
GP Fund Solutions, LLC is seeking a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Manager to join our organization. This role is part of a growing team focused on Data Services for Private Market clients.
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing Business Intelligence strategies that address key challenges in data modeling, transformation, and analytics. The successful candidate will ensure data quality, consistency, and the effective use of analytics tools to deliver insights. In addition to collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and affiliated companies, this role will play a crucial role in maintaining best practices in BI and staying up to date with industry trends to drive continuous improvement and support strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
BI Strategy and Implementation :
Develop and execute the business intelligence strategy. Oversee and implement best practices for data analysis and reporting.
Data Collection and Integration :
Oversee the collection, integration, and storage of large data sets from various sources. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for analysis and reporting purposes.
Data Analysis and Reporting :
Create and manage reporting tools that provide actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders by identifying trends, patterns, and insights.
Data Warehousing :
Manage the development and maintenance of data warehouses, ensuring that data is organized efficiently for easy retrieval and analysis.
Collaborate with IT and other teams to optimize data storage solutions.Team Leadership :

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A master's degree is a plus.

3+ years experience leading a team
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within the finance or private market sector.
Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) and data modeling techniques.
Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of data professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
