Key Responsibilities

  • Greets and directs residents, guests, and invitees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Checks guests and service providers in and out, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills to resolve issues and complaints.
  • Maintains daily logs, records, and forms to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitors and controls access to the building, ensuring the safety and security of our community.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
