Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Laundry Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating laundry operations to meet the needs of our resort.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of laundry attendants to ensure efficient and effective laundry processing.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies and equipment to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve laundry efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of laundry services.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a laundry or related field, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
