Job Summary:

The Hotel Resource is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs in a timely and welcoming manner.
  • Maintain positive guest relations and resolve any complaints or issues that may arise.
  • Process guest check-ins, verify registration information, and handle overbooked or 'walked' guests.
  • Accept and record wake-up call requests and communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments.
  • Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with housekeeping and train with and learn Food and Beverage operations to fill in as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a front desk agent or in a similar role.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
  • Experience working at a hotel establishment (highly desired).
  • Flexible schedule to work 11pm to 7am shifts.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic math skills.
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • The ability to input and access information in the property management system and/or points-of-sale system.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to create a fun and supportive working environment.
