This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Senior Bridge Inspection Engineer to join our team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the regional senior staff with business development and winning bridge inspection and repair work for CDOT and other transportation agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, schedule, and perform CDOT bridge inspections in accordance with specific Bridge Owners' requirements, adhering to National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) and AASHTO Manual for Condition Evaluation of Bridges.
- Liaise with client field/facility staff, lead/assist with communicating critical condition findings, and direct other field team members.
- Enforce safe operations in the field, create or assist with creating and reviewing all required inspection reports, and ensure technical compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
- 10+ years of experience in bridge inspection (NBIS) with CDOT and other transportation clients.
- Project Manager/Team Leader in CO and other states as necessary.
