Job Title: Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team at Volkswagen Eugene. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality inspections and report vehicle needs using proper inspection tools.
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Test drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Communicate proactively with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed.
  • Provide estimates of time needed for repairs and execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
  • Verify proper function of all services performed or items repaired per manufacture specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License Required.
  • At least 1 year of previous automotive service experience required; CDK experience preferred.
