About the Role

As a Lead Nurse Practitioner at CommonSpirit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team in a Float Clinic LPN position.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, skilled nursing services to patients, assisting them to achieve optimum health and functional health status following an illness requiring hospitalization.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to prepare patients and families for discharge to home or another setting for continued care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current WA State RN license is required.
  • CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work.
  • Other certifications may be required for specialty areas.
  • Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ACLS preferred.
