Job Summary

Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a skilled Production Line Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of parts in our tanks according to specifications and work orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work orders, and other requirements
  • Calculate the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
  • Remove parts from tanks after specified times, rinse them, and immerse them in baths before finishing processing
  • Complete paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
  • Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput
  • Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing lines
  • Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in chemical processing required
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to make an impact and contribute to the success of the organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Goal completion and flexibility
