Aircraft Assembly Specialist

**Compensation:**
The estimated annual salary for this position is $93,600 based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year, assuming a rate of $45.00/hour and overtime pay at $67.50/hour. Pay is weekly, and benefits include medical, dental & vision, life insurance, health advocacy, employee assistance programs, a 401(k) plan, and employee discounts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Aircraft Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Performing sheet metal and composite assembly for the production of stealth aircraft, fighter jets, or military helicopters
- Completing riveting, drilling, and countersinking to install components and fasteners for the fuselage
- Sealing aircraft structures and components
- Self-inspecting components and assemblies, including frames and skins, performing rework when necessary
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An Active Secret Clearance
- The ability to work flexible shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) as contractors will be split between these shifts
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
