**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team at Cross Resource Group in San Antonio, TX.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing as a team member of an assembly and production team for cable assemblies, electronic sub-assemblies, and components of automated test equipment and test systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow drawings to manufacture cable assemblies with high precision and accuracy.
  • Utilize measuring and diagnostic tools to test and modify electronic parts efficiently.
  • Perform minor repairs as needed to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure all cable assemblies are built in adherence with established specifications and quality standards.
  • Participate in peer reviews of assembled items to guarantee exceptional quality control.
  • Support the packaging and shipment of completed manufactured items, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
  • Redline drawings as required to maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years' related experience in electronics assembly and manufacturing.
  • Proven expertise in cable assembly, with a strong understanding of DoD drawings and specifications.
  • Able to obtain a security clearance, if necessary, to access sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated ability to comply with company policies and procedures, including CIEDA Personnel Policies and Procedures.
