The Retail Sales Associate – Inventory Focus at Vuori plays a crucial role in establishing connections with customers while embodying the brand's values through comprehensive product knowledge and a positive demeanor. Key Responsibilities:

Create Memorable Customer Experiences

  • Build enduring relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to guarantee exceptional service for every customer.
  • Welcome customers in a genuine and engaging manner.
  • Prepare fitting rooms, assist in locating sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.

Drive Business Success

  • Meet sales targets in a collaborative commission-based environment.
  • Stay informed about new products in the fashion and activewear sectors to serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers.
  • Contribute to project completion while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate inventory requirements to support business objectives.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain an organized and navigable backroom.
  • Ensure daily destocking and restocking processes are executed efficiently.
  • Keep the back of house orderly.
  • Organize supplies and communicate restocking needs.
  • Assist in weekly planning and reorganization of back-of-house operations to facilitate incoming shipments.
  • Ensure timely receipt and processing of all shipments, following up with management as necessary.
  • Support daily manual restocking to keep the sales floor fully stocked.
  • Participate in weekly inventory counts.
  • Identify and promptly communicate any product concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with customers and team members.
  • Proactive and positive approach to handling customer inquiries.
  • Capability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Quick learner of new procedures and processes.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Additional Information:

Compensation: $15-$17 per hour plus daily team commission.
