Job Overview

Watchfire Signs LLC is seeking a highly skilled Service Order Fulfillment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Service Hardware Group, you will be responsible for processing outbound service orders and programming parts for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fill service orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Perform basic testing on components and ensure quality control
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and electronics
  • Previous experience in network installation and maintenance
  • Excellent computer and networking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with numbers and cycle count inventory
  • Physical ability to lift and move components

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in electronics technology or networking
  • Previous experience in a similar role
