Role Responsibilities:- Conducting comprehensive maintenance and repairs on Subaru vehicles, including critical systems such as engines, transmissions, electrical components, and HVAC.
- Executing diagnostic assessments to pinpoint vehicle malfunctions and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Performing routine maintenance duties, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Maintaining precise records of services rendered and parts utilized.
- Collaborating with service advisors to ensure outstanding customer service and effectively addressing client inquiries.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Automotive Technician, ideally with a focus on Japanese vehicles.
- In-depth understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and efficiently.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
- ASE certification preferred, or a commitment to achieve certification.
- PA State and Emissions Licenses are required.
- Attractive salary range from $55,000 to $105,000 annually.
