RN Home Health Clinical Manager Position

Always Best Care Senior Services - San Diego, CA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Manager to lead our Home Health Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and managing our clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with Federal and State regulations.
- Coordinate and organize patient care delivery systems, ensuring timely completion of physician orders.
- Monitor clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy, providing education to clinical staff and patients as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care plans.
- Identify and address issues, directing changes to improve patient outcomes and care delivery.
- Manage financial data to ensure office efficiency, including staffing levels, patient supply needs, and insurance claims.
Requirements:
- RN with current license to practice in California.
- Minimum of Five years nursing experience, with preference for at least one year in home care.
- Knowledge of community resources, Medicare, and state regulations, as well as ACHC requirements and reimbursement criteria.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently.
- Computer data entry skills.
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a candidate with at least 3-5 years of experience in a Medicare Home Health environment, holding a current RN license in California. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role, and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service and creative clinical management.
