Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for delivering post-acute care, monitoring the physical and mental wellbeing of residents, and tracking their vital signs. You will also perform intakes of residents, document their health concerns and medical histories, and review medical records and charts.

Additionally, you will be responsible for properly administering and verifying medications, helping to maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies, and contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Maryland state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
