Job Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and patients. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to ensure the needs of our residents are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Assist with daily operations of the unit, including maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records.
