We have a diverse portfolio of products, and we are looking for a skilled Product Manager to lead our category growth initiatives. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and performance at the product portfolio level, using all key levers of commercial, product, engineering, and operational excellence.

Key performance indicators will pertain to portfolio and new product revenue and sales growth, as well as contribution margin health. You will spearhead and be held accountable for overall new product development and project throughput, mitigating any obstacles that may erupt.

As a Product Manager, you will strategically develop annual and 3-Year category plans based on market potential, customer opportunity, and new product platforms. You will lead the team to define the category "Right To Win" and category SWOT update.

You will drive market analysis, including analysis of the competitive landscape and market segmentation. You will provide support and leadership to the product teams in performing product trend and product gap analysis. You will analyze new product opportunities and market conditions through trade shows, customer visits, and field research.

You will manage product portfolio in terms of profitability, market share, growth rate, market segmentation, and different life cycle phases. You will complete perpetual gap analyses.

As a Product Manager, you will be the primary lead for coordinating and driving program activities that require a high degree of data collection, consolidation, and project management across business units.

You will be responsible for annual pricing reviews, SKU rationalization, SLA milestone reviews, and process updates. You will also be responsible for product portion of customer category line reviews and ad hoc initiatives that require a higher degree of cross-platform coordination and executive visibility.

You will drive clear, effective communication to Director (and above) informing of business opportunities, threats, or roadblocks and presenting a feasible alternative solution.

You will be responsible for co-developing and co-leading customer pricing, sourcing, and service strategies in support of category/channel growth initiatives with corresponding sales, category management, and supply chain team members.

As a Product Manager, you will have first-hand responsibility for the development and coaching of Product Managers, Assistant Product Managers, and/or Product Coordinators. You will also have indirect responsibility leading a cross-functional team comprised of engineers, material managers, and procurement professionals.

Main supervisory responsibility is to mentor newer talent, increase focus & prioritization, and to create consistency in order to drive new product development.

We are looking for a highly analytical mindset, with a thorough understanding of a category's financial health through P&L management, coupled with a solid understanding of the product development process and operations management to effectively drive positive financial impact.

We require strong project management skillset and the ability to drive effective communication at all levels of the organization.
