The Human Resources Representative provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with benefits administration, including processing enrollments and terminations, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Support the onboarding process, including processing E-Verify checks and conducting reference checks.
- Provide bilingual Spanish/English translation services as needed.
- Assist with HR project work, including preparing reports and correspondence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of general office experience, including customer service and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
- Bilingual and proficient in Spanish and English.
- Prior Human Resources experience.
- Experience with HRIS systems and report writing or query applications.
