Job Summary

Hall Industrial Services is seeking a skilled Rigger/Millwright/Machinery Mover to transport loads and company equipment safely and efficiently. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and physical labor, with a focus on ensuring the safe movement of heavy equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport loads and company equipment of various types and weights without damage to the object moved, property, or personnel.
  • Act as a Laborer, Machinery Mover, Millwright, Rigger, and/or Operator as needed.
  • Align, level, and anchor machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, using hand and power tools.
  • Manipulate rigging lines, hoists, and pulling gear to move or support materials such as heavy equipment.
  • Operate forklifts, small cranes, vehicles, equipment, and machinery as required by facility or worksite.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe and continual service of equipment.
  • Responsible for personal safety and safety of co-workers.
  • Responsible for slings, cables, straps, and equipment prior to lifting operations.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license; Class A or B CDL is a plus.
  • Excellent attendance patterns.
  • Willing to travel and stay out-of-town overnight if a job requires it.
  • Previous knowledge and experience with moving machinery and equipment is a plus.
  • Molding and fabrication experience is a plus.
