Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional who thrives on helping patients and families. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Process patient paperwork and insurance claims
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years customer service experience
  • Basic computer operations and EMR experience preferred
