System One is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Head of Brand Strategy and Creative Services. This pivotal position requires exceptional brand strategy expertise and strong interpersonal abilities to support a reputable organization.

This role operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring in-office presence on select days.



POSITION OVERVIEW


The Head of Brand Strategy and Creative Services will lead the development and implementation of creative and branding standards across all organizational materials, including promotional content, marketing collateral, signage, and educational resources.

As a key figure within the Marketing division, this leader will spearhead initiatives that enhance brand differentiation while fostering increased brand loyalty and expansion.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and is classified as an exempt role.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly oversee the Creative Services team, which includes:

- Senior Manager of Creative Services
- Graphic Designer
- Copywriter
- Content Marketing Specialist


Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of Marketing, and other marketing leaders to create and execute marketing strategies that align with brand standards and the vision of the executive team.

Ensure all marketing communications and materials across the department are compliant with and enhance the brand across various platforms.



Provide strategic direction and creative oversight for essential functions, including:

- Print design services, including production support and quality assurance
- Digital design for online advertising, websites, and landing pages
- Presentation design and support
- Advertising copywriting
- Multimedia content creation

Work alongside the Marketing Leadership team to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.

Advise on the evolution of the brand voice and best practices while identifying opportunities for strategic growth.

In collaboration with the Marketing Department leadership, co-develop and refine customer personas and relevant marketing strategies.

Guide the selection and management of key agency and freelance partners for the execution of creative and branding projects.

Manage external vendors and agencies contributing to brand and creative development.

Provide insights on consumer, industry, and marketing trends that may influence the brand's marketing strategies.

Develop and deliver marketing-related training on brand and creativity for franchisees, Academy directors, and corporate staff.

Evaluate the effectiveness of creative and branding tools and processes, refining approaches based on feedback and performance metrics.

Offer direct support and guidance on content strategies for both franchise and corporate locations as needed.



QUALIFICATIONS


Proven experience in creative oversight and brand management, with direct supervision of in-house teams and vendors, ideally within an advertising agency or internal marketing department.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated success in leading strategies for and executing effective integrated marketing campaigns.

Strong team leadership and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Solid business management experience.

A degree in marketing, design, multimedia communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven track record in developing successful marketing concepts and branding initiatives as part of an integrated campaign.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite, as well as web-based technologies.

Minimal travel may be required for conferences and local office visits.



COMPENSATION
Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits.
