Role Summary:
The Election Protection Campaign Manager will collaborate with the Arizona team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at safeguarding the electoral process within the state. This position plays a vital role in the operational success of the Election Protection Campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a network of organizations to engage their volunteers in support of a nonpartisan election protection initiative.
  • Identify and create strategies to enhance partner engagement and mobilization efforts focused on election protection.
  • Draft educational content regarding election protection to inform and activate supporters, coalition partners, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with logistical support, material preparation, and administrative tasks.
  • Manage volunteer tracking and scheduling.
  • Prepare community members to submit written comments and participate in public meetings.
  • Provide stakeholders and partners with updates on the progress of election protection initiatives and local election policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in organizing or campaign management, ideally in the voting sector.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A proactive individual who excels in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong training, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with progressive advocacy tools and social media platforms, as well as project management and communication systems such as Hustle, VAN, Slack, and Teamwork.
  • Understanding of the political and advocacy landscape within the state is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Salary Information:
$80,000 to $96,274, commensurate with experience.
