Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the Operator Manufacturing III plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring equipment to produce high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation
  • Operate multiple pieces of equipment, monitor performance, and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality specifications
  • Inspect parts and make adjustments or tool changes to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
  • Perform scheduled quality assurance tests and communicate results with team members and support teams
  • Perform housekeeping activities and sanitations on production equipment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of work experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow standardized work practices
  • Technical and mechanical aptitude for initial basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs., stand on feet for prolonged periods, and climb stairs as needed
