Nurse Care Specialist

Atrium Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of individualized plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities
This position involves collecting data, analyzing assessments, and identifying expected outcomes for patients. The successful candidate will develop and implement personalized care plans, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote health and safety. They will also evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes and delegate tasks to appropriate healthcare workers as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must have a Graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where they work and reside. BLS certification is required, and additional education, training, or certifications may be necessary within the department.
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
