Customer Service Representative

Magic Pavers is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences through professional design and product installation. As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring prompt resolution of client concerns and errors.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Customer Project Manager/Design Specialist to follow up with prospects and consult with clients on material selection.
- Manage client interactions, create and maintain records, and review reports to proactively manage client activities.
- Ensure facility appearance, organization, and maintenance reflect the Magic Pavers brand.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Prior customer service/receptionist experience is beneficial.
Preferred Attributes:
- Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and function as part of a team.
- Aptitude to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand up to 75% of the time during an 8-hour shift.
- Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 30 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to work on hard tiled floors.
