Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that our facilities demonstrate best-in-class safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day facility management of dental equipment and maintenance issues at multiple locations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone with office staff and provide clear instructions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with facilities vendors to ensure timely completion of work and services.
  • Effectively communicate with internal customers and contract vendors.
  • Analyze data and track work order history and budget using online programming.
  • Manage subcontractor appropriations and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate shipping and tracking for the Facilities Department.
  • Manage billing for Facilities tickets, including coordination with ADMI billing.
  • Lead small projects from start to finish and provide guidance to technicians in the field.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Experience in verbal and written communications that meets the needs of different customers and vendors.
  • Prior exposure to multi-unit facilities management concepts and best practices.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors, think analytically and critically, and solve problems in real-time.
  • Occasional travel and a flexible schedule may be required.
