Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Loretto Management Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of Home Care Aides and Home Care LPNs to ensure adequate and safe staffing within established staffing patterns and union contracts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling of Home Care Aides and Home Care LPNs to meet the needs of PACE participants
  • Ensure accurate record keeping regarding hours worked, call-ins, absences, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with nurses, Geriatric Care Givers, Home Care Managers, and PACE administration
  • Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate and safe staffing
  • Process changes in services for participants as ordered by the PACE Team
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in scheduling or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
