Job Summary

Hexagon Purus is a global leader in zero-emission mobility solutions for various industries. We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacture of products in our Mobility and Infrastructure business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work schedules to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Train and develop employees to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and production targets.
  • Counsel employees on performance, attendance, and attitude, and initiate disciplinary measures as needed.
  • Maintain a collaborative working relationship with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and report on production records, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and other key performance indicators.
  • Assist engineering with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience or 5 years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, communicate effectively, and manage projects.
  • Experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Must be a United States citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise eligible to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous management experience.
  • Knowledge of Hazardous Waste Handling.
  • Lean manufacturing experience.
  • Machining experience.
  • Composite winding experience.
