Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading and overseeing creative initiatives, collaborating with creative teams.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities while ensuring high-quality work.
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing and direct response initiatives, including direct mail, email, web, and app marketing.
  • A strong inclination towards utilizing data, metrics, and insights to inform strategies and enhance marketing approaches.
  • An inquisitive mindset, eager to explore consumer behaviors, trends, and insights to inform marketing decisions.
Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in writing, editing, and delivering presentations.

  • Master's degree in Marketing or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct response marketing, brand marketing, or direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience presenting to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Brand representative for a specific product, independently driving strategic brand marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the strategic brand development of ongoing and new acquisition campaigns and testing initiatives for the Auto sector.
  • Create comprehensive creative briefs and collaborate closely with creative partners to translate business objectives into impactful marketing deliverables.
  • Act as a primary liaison and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Creative, and Legal.
  • Partner with analysts to assess overall business performance and leverage insights to identify new opportunities and refine marketing testing strategies.
  • Integrate research insights, marketing trends, competitive analysis, and external factors to propose strategic recommendations that enhance results and brand impact.
  • Craft consistent and engaging narratives about our products and services, while advocating for our brand and customer experience.
  • Facilitate the creative execution process, gaining a thorough understanding of the specific executional systems, processes, and procedures involved.
  • Influence internal stakeholders through formal recommendations and informal networking, utilizing excellent communication skills.
  • Uphold well-managed processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancement.
