About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers into the coffee shop with a smile and provide excellent customer service skills.
  • Create a range of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines and the ability to obtain ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification shortly after hiring.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
