As a Store Manager at Starbucks, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate and dedicated coffee enthusiasts who are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve managing store operations, driving financial success, and building a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team member engagement.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Drive Business Results: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Build a Positive Work Environment: Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and open communication, and ensure that all team members feel valued and supported.
Requirements:
  • 3+ Years of Retail or Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of success in a retail or customer service environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team member development.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of diverse individuals, and to make informed decisions that drive business results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash, operate a point-of-sale system, and manage inventory.
