We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar Health System, Inc. As a RN Clinical Nurse, you will be a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families, and significant others receive individualized high-quality, safe patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments, required mandatory education, and population-specific education.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Reg Nurse (Single State) license and Basic Life Support certification.
- Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience.
