As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members. Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and reassessment evidence-based assessments and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Deliver exceptional, consumer-focused, evidence-based treatment through ethical interactions
- Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records
- Assess the family's and consumer's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, facilitating skill transfer to all caregivers
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst
- Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record
