Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical direction and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform nursing practice and improve patient outcomes.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- One year of experience as a registered nurse (or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or a comparable residency)
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
This role will be based in the Emergency Department at our Greer Medical Campus, where you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
