Position Overview
As a Loss Prevention Supervisor, your primary goal will be to enhance the profitability of the organization by implementing effective strategies aimed at preventing theft and minimizing operational losses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and identify theft patterns both externally and internally within designated locations.
  • Develop and execute theft deterrence initiatives, including conducting internal investigations to mitigate risks.
  • Launch awareness programs that focus on theft prevention, safety protocols, inventory management, and loss control.
  • Communicate potential loss opportunities effectively to all management levels.
  • Perform operational audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with store staff to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of integrity and accountability within the store environment.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee new Loss Prevention Associates; supervise Loss Prevention Officers and Specialists as required.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service.
  • Represent the company in legal matters as necessary.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
