About the Role

We are seeking a Global Support Lead to join our team at Robotic Medical Device Company. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for leading our global support operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of customer support and repair services for our robotic medical devices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing global support operations for complex products, aligning with our company's mission to improve the lives of patients, families, and clinicians. They should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team, as well as drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective global support strategies to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Lead a team of support specialists, ensuring they receive proper training and support to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless handoffs and efficient issue resolution.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, recommending process changes to optimize global support operations.

Compensation Package
$130,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package.
