Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $62.50 per hour, which translates to a base annual salary of $130,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team as a Staff Pharmacist. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Patient Safety: Ensure the safe handling and administration of medications to patients.
• Pharmacy Professional Practice: Develop and implement effective patient care programs to improve health outcomes.
• Regulatory Requirements: Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of patient care.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients and customers.
• Personnel Management: Lead and direct your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Financial Profitability: Contribute to the financial success of our pharmacy by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Loss Prevention: Implement measures to prevent loss and protect our assets.
• Workflow Management: Develop and implement efficient workflows to maximize productivity and minimize errors.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy License: Hold an active pharmacy license in the state where you are employed.
• Immunization Certification: Possess immunization certification through an accredited organization.
• No DEA Exclusions: Not be on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Free from Felony Charges: Be free from pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
