Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
- Direct craft professional activities and work schedules.
- Coordinate subcontract work activities and team development.
- Ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures.
- Perform within specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, including verification of employment and education.
- Must be able to obtain a site security badge for access to the worksite.
- Must be physically able to conduct field inspections and participate in project walk-downs.
- Knowledge and experience of DOE, DOD, and/or commercial nuclear construction projects.
- Working knowledge of the Bechtel Standard Work Process Procedures (SWPPs) and the related Bechtel Standard Application Programs (BSAPs).
- Self-starter, highly motivated, requiring little supervision, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Good working knowledge of current design codes and standards such as UPC, IBC, SMACNA, ASME, NFPA, and NQA-1 requirements.
- Knowledge of environmental compliance standards required on NNSA/DOE projects.
