We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our accounting and tax firm, while also having the opportunity to move into a Partner position if desired.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of 7 professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of tax strategies
  • Review and prepare individual, corporate, non-profit, and trust returns
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with CPA or CPA eligibility
  • At least 5 years of experience in tax preparation, including leadership roles
