About the Role

This Transportation Coordinator position at RATP Dev USA involves handling passenger trip reservations, cancellations, and general transportation-related questions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to de-escalate high-energy situations, deliver exceptional customer service, listen carefully to customer requests, accurately book reservations, exhibit patience with ADA assistance needs, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to passengers, dispatchers, schedulers, management staff, and operators.
  • Accurately perform data entry tasks.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to passengers as needed.
  • Communicate passenger trip changes promptly to scheduling and dispatch teams.
  • Maintain precise records and organize filing systems.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of experience in reservations or clerical work in a customer service environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990.
