We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analog IC Design Engineer to join our team at Skyworks Solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and participate in developing cutting-edge technology, accumulate advanced technical knowledge and skills, and explore full-time job opportunities at Skyworks Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog ICs for multi-chip modules
- Run simulations using design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso
- Participate and present in design reviews
- Perform lab testing using standard electronics test equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve design or technical issues
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering (or related) BS, MS or PhD program
- Commitment to work onsite for 6 months
- Strong desire to learn, grow and make an impact
- Strong career interest in analog circuit design
- Willing to share knowledge and collaborate with others
- Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE is highly preferred
- Exposure to lab tools such as Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Multimeter etc.
Salary: The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
