Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Allergy Partners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with physicians to diagnose and treat patients, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, and other preventive care services to patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in nursing and healthcare.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Florida.
  • At least two years of experience in a physician office or hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, and other conditions common to a clinic environment. The employee will work under stressful conditions and be exposed to bodily fluids on a regular basis.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
